Returns & Exchanges

If you are not perfectly satisfied with your purchase, you may return unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Please note that tights and undergarments are final sale for hygienic reasons.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to generate a return authorization.

• 2.
  Pack Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and labels are intact.

• 3.
  Affix Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off

  Hand your package to the designated carrier. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
